To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
• Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products
• Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return

Important Conditions for Returns

• An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or wrong items
• The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without cuts or edits
• Reverse pickup will be attempted a maximum of 2 times. If unsuccessful, the customer will need to arrange self-shipping of the product

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
